Founded in 1989, the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School is a
Texas massage therapy school that offers bodywork training
programs.

Marketing director Jennifer Shaw used HubSpot to break the
school's dependence on online directories and turn the

 Prior to HubSpot, the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School relied on two external
 sources for leads: Natural Healers and Collegebound. Despite the relatively high $40
 cost per lead from these two directories, lead quality was poor, resulting in low
 conversion and sales.“

 Jenniferʼs second challenge was lack of control over the school's website. The
 Lauterstein-Conway Massage School used a contractor for website changes, so
 updates to the site were difficult to execute and took a long time. “It is critical for me to
 be able to get online and do the stuff I need to do with minimum HTML coding,” said
