I am a registered experienced yoga teacher trained to an advanced level with over 10 years teaching experience. Although I am Sivananda trained, my teaching style is committed to the universal philosophy of yoga. I consistently teach the eight limbs of yoga in a manner which enables a student to cultivate better self understanding through mindful self awareness. I also teach meditative art to enable adult learners to develop a mindful state of being, which they can learn to cultivate at will. I have approximately 1800 teaching hours of experience registered with Yoga Alliance.
