 Designed and upgraded a wastewater treatment plant with four teammates in a class project, with a
focus on Reverse Osmosis process.

 Cultivate, carbonize, and activate algae to prepare porous carbon materials for environmental
adsorption applications. Focus on impregnation with relevant metal catalysts.
Undergraduate Final Design Project – Water & Oil Separation Unit 01/2014 - 03/2015
 Contributed to student team that designed a Compact Flotation Unit, for separating water from oil.
 Used AutoCAD to draw a two dimensional tank figure and NX Unigraphics to draw a three dimension
figure. Used ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate and test the result.
