I am particularly proud of my recent experience in creating from scratch an IT outsourcing company in Vietnam (www.smartdev.vn) from the first stone and building a result oriented culture without managers, with no timesheet policies, with emergent leadership, self-organizing teams and all this in a strong hierarchical country culture.
