PRICING STRUCTURE
Pricing For Employer of Record Services
• We pass all costs of the employment scenario back to the client and apply a fixed
percentage to the total salary bill as our management fee
• We summarize the employers tax burden as a countries ‘social costs’. By building out the
employment scenario we are able to provide the client with a very accurate understanding
of these costs in advance
• Salary + Social Costs = Total Salary Bill
• We apply fixed percentage to the Total Salary Bill as our fee
• There is a one time implementation fee to cover the work required prior to the first live pay
run
• In order to provide a quotation, we will require details as suggested in the implementation
slide earlier.
