PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a mature, responsible individual who is punctual, flexible and holds
a strong work ethic and very reliable- I was often called in short notice at
work and always able to turn up soon as I could. I am adaptable and
work efficiently in all environments with an eye for detail which is
reflected in the quality of my work and performance. I tackle problems
head on and apply a logical approach. I grasp new ideas rapidly with
enthusiasm, and can work both on my own initiative and within a team
environment. I consider myself to be an honest, honourable and
articulate person with much to offer and only require the opportunity to
prove myself.
EMPLOYMENT
July 2014 - Ongoing (Alliance Boots healthcare) Customer Advisor
I am working full time for this pharmaceutical company- as a specials
advisor based in an office environment. My main duties include: taking
orders and chasing orders for pharmacies. Processing orders for
medication on various systems. I also took on the responsibility of raising
credits and invoices for stores, also keeping my team updated on any
changes with prices from suppliers.
October 2013- July 2014 [Nationwide] Service Consultant
I was on a temporary contract at Nationwide in Northampton, it was a
full time position working as a service consultant in the mortgage
department. The job role involved; 95% on the phone listening and
advising customers, and assist in resolving any concerns they may have
about their Mortgage accounts. Being in a different environment this
developed my listening and speaking skills further, and grasped new
information quickly.
December 2007, January 2008 – May 2014 - [Clintons]
Supervisor/Customer Service
I initially started at Clintons as a Christmas temporary worker, and then
was called back to work part-time with a permanent position. Then I was
promoted to Supervisor- doing 26 hours and on many occasions I did
overtime. My main duties included; cashing up, opening and closing the
store, banking, petty cash, checking off deliveries and transferring stock,
helping with store moves around seasonal times, stock count and
transferring stock sheets onto the computer, reporting damages, eye-
catching gift displays in windows and island ends, end of week sale
figures, customer service and drive up-sales.
This has enabled me to develop great customer service skills which
would be essential in dealing with clients. This job has also given me
experience in answering the telephone and calling for IT help and dealing
with enquiries for customers. I became skilled at stock take and
merchandising stock. Teamwork is very important as I have learnt how
to lead a team, support your co-workers and manage difficult situations.

May 2007 - June 2007 - [Park Junior School] - Primary Teaching
Assistant
I attended Park Junior School for four weeks, worked with children
between the age of 8 and 9. I engaged in literacy and science subjects, I
had to help the children with their drama and sport activities; supervise
them playing sport and develop their creative ideas. This experience
helped me to see the difference in being around different age groups, and
how you have to use different type of language with various age groups. I
thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff here, they were enthusiastic
and encouraging.
January 2006 - April 2006 - [Victoria Infant School] – Infant
Teaching Assistant
I completed sixteen weeks of Community Leadership in Victoria infant
school. Worked with children between the ages of 5 and 7. I spent time
helping them with their school activities such as learning about
measurements, artwork and reading, also I supervised children whilst
they were in the playground. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.

OTHER INFORMATION
Large part of my degree was based around using Microsoft PowerPoint
presentations and social research methods this involved working closely
with the public for example conducting interviews and questionnaires. In
addition to this I also have some experience and knowledge of handling
and working with confidential and sensitive information from carrying
out my dissertation and case study in my final year. Through working to
tight deadlines, researching and my written and verbal communication
skills have developed greatly. These developed my organisational skills

My colleagues, both team members and fellow managers have told me
that they find me very approachable, sympathetic and understanding,
