PERSONAL PROFILE
Egide have learned to innovate new things as a young person with values of being an
energetic, self-motivated and result oriented worker who is very willing to learn and acquire
new knowledge and skills; he has a Bachelors degree of Information Technology (I.T) in
department of Information Management, currently he is pursuing his Masters of science in
information systems (Option of e-Government) at Orebro University. He is one of four
founders of OpenTek Ltd with a title of Project Manager. Our company is providing IT
services to small businesses and organizations in Rwanda. And as a very young person,
Egide formed Rusave Farmers’ Coffee Cooperative (RFCC) in 2013 in his home village
where he is working with many older farmers that he knows from childhood. And also Egide
is an accountant person with distinction diploma in accounting from high school. He also
appreciates teamwork, learning and facing challenges.

Job Responsibilities
 Facilitate relationships with Kula partners including but not limited to; NGOs, local
authorities, government representatives and donors
 Gathering data as requested by Kula Project and translate into English for data
collection purposes
 To communicate at least twice per week with Director of Operations of Kula Project
to give status updates on all in -country operations
 Assisting with stateside operations as requested, including but not limited to
facilitation of trips made by Kula stateside staff members and donors
 Working to maintain current partnerships in addition to looking towards potential
projects for expansion
 Taking all financial, partnership, and contractual decisions only after consultation and
approval from Director of Operations
 Making decisions regarding day to day operations in the- country while operating in
the field.
