Eligibility: Principal Investigator <ul><li>Form 101: </li></ul><ul><li>No Prior Collaboration: between University Researcher and Company </li></ul><ul><li>None within past 6 years: consulting; joint project; publication; founder/partner; employee/executive; board member, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptions: IRAP; MITACS (consider the timeframe & involvement of PI vs HQP); ownership through mutual type funds; membership of large consortium/network type of project (SNG) </li></ul>
