Market
The market for tasty, healthier, family-friendly eating
establishments is growing in Oklahoma City at a rapid rate
due to our rapidly growing population. With a growing
population, there is also a growing need in entertainment
venues. Chateau De Jamelle, will host as both a family
friendly restaurant but also as a facility available to rent for
the needs of the public. New marriages, family/class
reunions, proms, small graduations and so much more can
be hosted at the Chateau.
This coupled with monthly events hosted by Chateau De
Jamelle, will provide a top spot in Oklahoma’s growing
market of entertainment/food venues.
Opportunities
Based on a survey of the businesses, consumers and neighbors of our
location, we have heard a few concerns that will provide insight and focus
to keep us operating in a profitable manner. Here are a few responses
from the local community:
• If available, Would you rent a location on Lincoln to host your next
event?
– Considering that Lincoln is centrally located between all sides of town and is
connected to a major highway, this would be a perfect place to host many
different events. I could see myself recommending it over a location in
bricktown due to the parking and accessibility. – Kristen Patton Lincoln @ Central Park Tenant
• What would you like to see available for your lunch selection? What
makes you want to Patronize with local establishments?
– The ability to dine in or carryout a healthy, filling meal. Delivery makes it
easier for me to avoid traffic and not be late from lunch. - Jordan Green Employee @ the
Oklahoma Health Department
Business Concept
The Chateau Kitchen will be open Monday through Friday
from 11am to 3pm and Saturdays for brunch from 8:30am
– 12:30 pm.
The Chateau office hours will be 8:30 am to 6pm Monday
through Friday for rentals and information.
DJF the clothing store will be open from 10 am to 8pm
Monday through Saturday.
The dance center hours will vary based on the class and
instructor.
Competition
PIZZA HUT LUNCH BUFFET
With our live pasta bar, and signature salad bar, we will
trump the lunch buffet provided by Pizza Hut.
Offering delivery within a 1 mile radius we will provide a
different taste to those who don’t have time to “leave the
desk” for lunch.
Our menu will consist of many signature entrées from
paninis to lasagna. This will set us apart from the normal
delivery options the market is used to, and giving us the
edge due to our many choices of an exceptional, well
rounded lunch.
Goals and Objectives
5-Year Goals
1. To secure a spot a one of Oklahoma City’s leading
Healthy restaurants.
2. To host sold-out events consistently on a monthly
basis.
3. To be in the top 10 in Oklahoman-Owned companies
impacting the community through community service
and events geared toward the youth and community.
4. To Provide a safe-place to assist the independent
designers, performing artists, writers, and more in
networking and promoting their brands through
development plans that will assist in brand growth.
Financial Plan
Chateau Kitchen
Based on the above pricing and goals, the total expenses
for the month to operate the Chateau Kitchen will total
approximately $8555.00/mo. The total in sales based on
the listed goals would total $27695.00/mo. That would
provide a monthly profit of $19140.00/mo.
All costs are based on current US Food Service Princing

Each month we will host an event from the list above. If we
host an event that would cost us $5,000; $4000 will be
used to book celebrity talent and the other $1000 used for
promotion. The net sales from on of our large events would
total $12,700/mo. After covering costs, the profit would
total $7700/mo. The net sales would equal the same for
our smaller events but due to a lesser cost ($3000), we
would profit $9700/mo.

Chateau Dance Center
We will offer dance classes throughout the week open to the public. Each
session can host 25 students. We will use this number to provide a
monthly projection. Our cost will be based on each student. Our
instructors will make $2.50 per student on basic classes $5.00 per student
for advanced classes. Each month we will host one master class with a
professional choreographer. The Net total for one month of basic classes
would be $5000. The one month net total for advanced classes is $8000.
Each master class would be open to public enrollment for $25 accepting a
total of 50 students with a net total of $1250. After deducting the
instructor costs the Dance Center would profit $4875/mo.

DJF Clothing Store
DJF Clothing will provide an avenue for clothing designers
to pay a fee and sell their clothing for one full month with
staff and amenities available for the designer. All they
would do would be pay the fees, and make a profit. For
example if they paid $1750 store rental, they would be able
to market and sale merchandise at a store front Mon-Sat
10-8 and all proceeds would go to their company. We
would price the items with the designer and would promote
them in our store for one month. DJF would cut a check at
the end of the month to the designer for sales of product.
Should DJF not be booked with any designers we will have
a stock of Business casual attire to fill the store with and
keeping the hours the same. This will cover any months no
contracts are working. We will stock the store with items
that will be business casual. Slacks, dress shirts, suits, ties
and more for men. Skirts, pant suits, blouses, and more for
women.
The VIP Suite
The VIP suite which has a capacity of 30, will be great for booking
Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, VIP suite for celebrity me & Greets and
many other rentals. This room will be allowed as an add-on for other
rentals for a discounted fee. For Example: A customer requests the VIP
room with an open bar. The room rental would be $300 (or $10 per guest)
the bar would be stocked based on the requested alcoholic beverages of
the customer (not to exceed $750)+ Bartender ($10/hr.). Using the same
scenario, but the customer requests a cash bar it would be included at the
rental price but all drinks must be paid for that evening by guests. A
different customer requests a full banquet hall rental, with access to our
VIP lounge. They would get the VIP room for 50% off. Utilizing the
scenario of 5 rentals per month it would contribute an additional $1500 in
proceeds with the right marketing and promotion.
