I wish to pursue a career in office management, administrative assistance, and cus-
tomer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
In my 17 years at working in various service oriented organizations, I have learned the
value of teamwork and satisfied customers. I strongly believe that a good team working
towards a common goal will always perform well. My positions have frequently involved
significant customer interaction whether it be in direct sales, order taking, order fulfill-
ment, or service problem resolution. I have always enjoyed and excelled at personal in-
teractions and have used my skills to develop close relationships with my customers. I
possess strong organizational traits and am able to focus on the details required to
complete any task. My previous experiences have taught me the values of prioritizing
tasks and completing items in a timely manner. I am highly motivated, self driven, a
quick learner, personable, responsible and very organized. I have experience in Quick-
Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, File Maker and
