firms operating internationally

can either start to trade overseas or scale up their export operations to new markets.
Greater Manchester Export Loan Fund - £2.5M revolving loan fund providing short-term trade finance to companies
who have been refused export finance elsewhere. It will provide short-term working capital to enable companies to
fulfil export orders.
All eligible companies will also be referred to UK Trade & Investment North West for additional information, advice
and support regarding international trade.
28. Who is eligible?
Small and Medium sized enterprises within the manufacturing sector, although other sectors may be considered
where there is a strong case for support
Businesses located within the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities
Applications must demonstrate how the funding will both create/safeguard jobs and increase international activity
Grant funded Projects must be completed and funding claimed by May 2017 at the latest
Projects must create Private Sector Leverage. The Programme must achieve an overall public to private leverage

I’m here to introduce our new innovative outdoor V-TECT detector to VentureFest. It’s our solution to the problem of false alarms
CCTV monitoring centers analyze CCTV footage triggered by outdoor detectors. The police can only attend a site if an alarm is confirmed. A lot of time and money is wasted attending to false alarms. V-TECT combines a camera, on board video analytics and passive infra-red sensing to confirm the presence of a human. Allowing the monitoring stations to respond to genuine threats
We design and manufacture innovative and world-leading products here in Greater Manchester.
We sell across the world and are a quality driven company that proudly allows us to work with the likes of
I am supported by a full management team totaling 150 years combined work experience

Growth plans will see our team grow by another 7 over the next two years
We’ve received a number of grants from…. this validates the fact that we are a world class and innovative business.
The next round of funding will see us launch V-TECT around the world, bolster R&D and expand export S&M
