• Improved margin on the Nissan QW body stampings through engineering changes and intense

• Quoted large steel stampings to a start up Energy Company. Tower was awarded the stampings used in
solar panels. This was the first non-automotive award in several years. ($100M in revenue at 24%
margins).

negotiations. Net present value profit improvement was $37M.
• Negotiated standard quoting rates with GM on engineering changes. Improved both program margins
and timing of purchase order receipt.
