If the US fixes visa immigration – truly fixes it, meaning they do a much better job than the startup VISA bill proposes and really solve the issue – Blueseed would move from being from 12 miles to 1 mile offshore. And if even that somehow fails, and Blueseed was the catalyst for this sort of policy change, we’d sleep very well at night.
