We are a small company specializing in importing and distributing Mozzarella in and around London.
We have been on the London market for just over a year and have been thriving on building strong working relationships with our customers and
on the consistency of our products and service.
We are now present across London in more than 55 “outlets” including high profile restaurants, as well as Hotels, Delis, Catering Companies,
Traditional Neapolitan Pizzerias and a range of private clients.
We focus on the quality of our products and the consistency of our service and bring you the best we can find at the best possible prices.
Our two main products are a D.O.P Buffalo Mozzarella and a fresh Fiordilatte Mozzarella both from Caserta. These products are of the highest
quality and come in fresh twice a week.
Our Buffalo Mozzarella is appreciated across London as being one of the best available at the moment. The following sizes are available: 25g,
50g,100g,145g,250g,500g+ and all come in 500g air sealed bags. there is a “smoked” version as well and there is no minimum order.

Our Fiordilatte Mozzarella has quickly become the standard for many traditional neapolitan pizzerias in and around London.
It comes mainly in two forms:
-500g mozzarella balls. These are the original Mozzarellas used for Pizzas. they come in water and are packed in 4kg air sealed boxes.
-1kg bars. Great for Pizzas, these are less moist and tend to give out less humidity when cooking . They come dry and packed in 4kg air sealed
boxes.
