to join or to unite to add or to attach .

There are five major principles of yoga :-
1. Proper Exercise ( Asans) :-
It is necessary to keep the body healthy , strong
and flexible .
The physical exercises or postures in yoga are
called Asan’s .
They help to improve circulation , increase
flexibility & nervous system .
Mind is also impacted in a positive way .

As we know all cells and tissues in our body need
oxygen . Without supply of oxygen , our cells and tissues
become weak and leading to diease .
Deep breathing provides an abundance of oxygen which

“ Meditation is then royal road to the attainment of freedom , a
