This is a four‐phase model for assessing LifeStyle and using coaching tools and techniques. 
1. Introduction of the CoachingForLife Model 
2. Assessment based on the model 
3. Interventions to enhance Personal Growth in selected areas of the model and 
4. Evaluation, follow‐up and continuation of steps 2 through to 4. 
 
 
All interventions are based on client’s need and expressed desire to change. 
Clients, normally identify areas which are most important to them and which they would like to change 
and improve.  
 
Coaching is an extremely powerful process, which bridges the gap between where we are and where we 
want to be. We (Co‐coaching) get to the root cause of the problems using tools and techniques (CBT, 
NLP, EFT, EQ), instead of treating the symptoms. So my clients can face life in the face. 
 
     1. Cognitive Behavioral Technique: CBT is designed to help solve problems such as depression, 
         anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or drug misuse. This is based on the premise that 
         the way we think (Cognition) about a situation, affects our behavior; and in turn our behavior 
         can affect how we think and feel. CBT is an empowering tool that provides clients with skills that 
         they can continue to develop outside of therapy sessions, making it less likely that symptoms or 
         problems will return. 
          
     2. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP): NLP is a means of interpersonal communication that 
         offers an alternative model to psychotherapy. It is primarily concerned with the relationship 
         between successful patterns of behavior and the subjective experiences underlying them. 
         NLP can be a very useful tool in helping with behavioral responses to issues such as:  
                  Depression 
                  Addictions 
                  Phobias 
                  Stress 
                  Emotional problems 
                   
     3. Emotional Freedom Technique: EFT works to shift energy in order to reroute the brain’s 
         conditioned negative response to a particular issue. 
          EFT is a self help tool that you can apply to all areas of your life. The therapy has had effective 
         use in helping with the following conditions:  
                  Pain 
                  Eating Disorders 
                  Addictions 
                  Weight Loss 
                  Fear of Failure, Success, Flying 
 
     4. Emotional Intelligence is at the core of this process: This is about building self awareness and 
         self belief in order to achieve your full potential and to be able to maximize your performance in 
         all areas of your life. Coaching generates emotional intelligence through an understanding of 
         SELF.

Coaching is an extremely powerful process that engages with fundamental issues such as: 
              Self Esteem and Self Confidence 
              Stress and Anxiety 
              Clarifying goals and maximizing potential 
              Clarity of Purpose and Direction 
              Self awareness 
              Breaking destructive behavior pattern

       This process is to emphasize strengths as well as personal choices.
