Goals for this afternoon Apply what we know about Strengths in a leadership setting. Analyze effective practices of leadership and apply knowledge of strengths. Begin the process of identifying personal goals for leadership development at Bridgewater State University.

CONGRUENCE Do my actions match my values? Do I say what I mean? Do I mean what I say? Thought question… What have you learned about your strengths that can help you master this value of leadership?
COMMITTMENT Do I follow up on what I promise? When I give my word, what does it mean? How about Strengths here? Are there Strengths that will find this comes naturally?
