We are here to evaluate the quality and quantity of lead
details for a property ad posted online.
The comparison is carried out between five websites, all of
which are highly popular namely
I. MagicBricks
II. 99acres
III. Common Floor
IV. India Property
V. Makaan
5. Procedure carried out
We posted on behalf of the owner ad for property (
Location – CHENNAI (South) Sholinganallur) on multiple
websites almost at the same time.
The responses were monitored for over a period of 2-3
weeks and consolidated.
For the websites , except India Property premium listing
feature was used while posting the ad. (This was done to
generate better exposure of the property).
